Acoustic‐driven surface cleaning with millimeter‐sized bubbles at translational resonance
Time‐lapse visualization comparing bubble trajectories. The top panel (0 Hz) shows a bubble's linear path under no acoustic forcing, while the bottom panel (50 Hz) demonstrates the oscillatory motion induced by acoustic waves at a resonance mode. This mechanism holds promising potential for applications such as surface cleaning.

Shock-wave model of acoustic cavitation
Shock-wave model of liquid cavitation due to an acoustic wave was developed, showing how the primary energy of an acoustic radiator is absorbed in the cavitation region owing to the formation of spherical shock-waves inside each gas bubble. The model is based on the concept of a hypothetical spatial wave moving through the cavitation region. It permits

ABSTRACT The growing global demand for sustainable, nutritionally balanced protein sources has intensified interest in plant‐derived proteins, particularly those derived from oilseeds such as groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.). However, although groundnut protein isolates (GPIs) have high nutritional quality, they exhibit limitations in technofunctional ...

Acoustic cavitation and bubble dynamics
Acoustic cavitation is investigated experimentally and theoretically starting with a single bubble in an acoustic field. The single bubble is trapped in an acoustic resonator and observed by high-speed imaging and acoustic measurements following its transient dynamics to a possible steady state after generation by laser light.

Impact of acoustic cavitation on food emulsions
The work explores the experimental and theoretical aspects of emulsification capability of ultrasound to deliver stable emulsions of sunflower oil in water and meat sausages. In order to determine optimal parameters for direct ultrasonic emulsification of food emulsions, a model was developed based on the stability of emulsion droplets in acoustic ...
