Residual adhesive after electrode loading in adhesive‐assisted resistance spot welding is quantified through a traceable experimental‐to‐digital workflow. Chromatic confocal topography provides calibrated surface‐height data, while OpenCV detects the electrode imprint and integrates adhesive height into comparable volume metrics.

Research on the mechanism of acoustic radiation characteristics of granular assemblies
To study the acoustic radiation characteristics of forced vibration of granular assemblies, the acoustic radiation model of a single particle and the acoustic radiation model of granular assemblies are established. Combined with experimental verification,

Enhancing ultrasound transmission through an aberration layer exhibiting mismatched impedance with the surrounding medium possesses great implications in imaging and treatment. In this study, we show that a space‐coiling acoustic metamaterial with judiciously tailored structural profile can help improve impedance matching.

Demonstrating Vibrational Current Generation With a Self‐Assembled Bioelectret
Vacuum‐deposited films of the plant‐derived molecule, Baicalein, form a self‐assembled bioelectret exhibiting spontaneous orientation polarization and a giant surface potential. The films induce alternating current during the vibration of a movable electrode without charging treatments. Hydrocarbon protection enhances the air stability of the Baicalein

Side Effect of the Use of Acoustic Barriers Observed in the Infra Range
Acoustic barriers which are positioned along traffic lanes are designed to protect the surroundings from excessive noise. Such structures are to reverberate, diffract and damp the propagating acoustic waves.

Experimental study of the noise generated by urban high-voltage electrical substations
This work describes the results of sound pressure measurements carried out in the vicinity of ten high voltage electrical substations operating in areas of considerable urban density in the State of Rio de Janeiro. The work was motivated as a strategy to

Optical Signature of Moiré Superlattices Formed by Twisted SrTiO3 Membranes
We discover optical signatures from bonded interfaces in twisted SrTiO3 moiré superlattices, including low‐frequency Raman vibrational modes and strong second‐harmonic generation, consistent with strong interlayer coupling inferred from cross‐sectional electron microscopy and ab initio calculations. ABSTRACT Moiré superlattices formed at the interfaces
