A Low-Cost Detection Method for Acoustic Defects in Building Components: Compressed Nearfield Acoustic Holography

open access: yesAcoustics
The accurate diagnosis of acoustic defects and the precise assessment of the performance of building components are highly dependent on massive amounts of sampling data.

Soft Hypoxia‐Adaptive Bioelectronics Integrating PEDOT:PSS/Polydopamine/Enzyme Biocomposites for Closed‐Loop Therapeutics of Chronic Wounds

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Hypoxia‐adaptive bioelectronics based on poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS)/polydopamine (PDA)/enzyme biocomposites couple O2‐centric biosensing with embedded O2 therapy to address oxygen‐deficient chronic wounds. Local O2 provision restores enzyme‐based metabolite sensing, while catalase‐mediated oxygen generation and

Gestational Hypoxia Disrupts Medial Ganglionic Eminence Progenitor Dynamics and Interneuron Development in Schizophrenia

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
FES‐derived MGE spheroids exhibit progenitor‐stage alterations in developmental trajectory and hypoxia‐responsive transcriptional programs, followed by functional disruption. Gestational hypoxia recapitulates impaired progenitor proliferation, shortened cell‐cycle progression, interneuron developmental abnormalities, and schizophrenia‐like behaviors in

AMR-ESVT: Efficient and Accuracy-Preserving Construction of Lightweight Effective Sound Velocity Tables via Adaptive Mesh Refinement

open access: yesJournal of Marine Science and Engineering
Accurate compensation for acoustic ranging errors is essential for high-precision underwater positioning. However, existing effective sound velocity table (ESVT) methods remain constrained by the computational overhead of dense spatial grids and ...

Single‐Sensor Vibration Sensing in Anisotropic Composites Enabled by Disordered Metasurfaces

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work develops a single‐sensor vibration sensing (SSVS) framework that integrates disordered metasurfaces with compressive sensing. Comprehensive numerical and experimental validations demonstrate that, by manipulating anisotropic guided wave propagation through metasurfaces, the proposed SSVS framework enables high‐fidelity multi‐source vibration ...

Symmetry‐Imposed Selection Rules for Excitations of Nontrivial Plasmonic Topologies

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A unified group‐theory selection rule governs the excitation of vectorial nearfield topologies across three plasmonic spin states. Derived from first principles, it predicts spin–orbit vortex splitting and multidimensional nested vortices, confirmed by phase‐resolved in situ measurements.
