Stabilized Cubic GeTe With Matched Grain‐Boundary Networks and Band Convergence for High‐Performance Dual‐Mode Thermoelectric Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
I‐doping stabilizes the cubic phase of GeTe and generates “electron‐transparent, phonon‐blocking” grain boundary networks while inducing valence‐band convergence. This synergistic structural‐electronic design enables effective electron‐phonon decoupling, achieving an exceptional average zTave of ∼1.62, a peak zT of ∼2.2, and enhanced mechanical ...

Polarized Coulomb field scattering in LaAlO3/SrTiO3 heterojunction field-effect transistors

open access: yesAIP Advances
LaAlO3/SrTiO3 heterojunction field-effect transistors (HFETs) were fabricated. Using a combination of measured current–voltage (I–V) output curves and gate-source capacitance–voltage (C–V) characteristic curves for the fabricated LaAlO3/SrTiO3 HFETs, and

Spatiotemporally Ultrasound‐Controlled Nanoparticles Reprogramming Immunostimulatory Antigen‐Presenting Cancer‐Associated Fibroblasts to Enhance Cancer Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We developed an ultrasound‐controlled biomimetic nanoplatform, mRNA/V@M NPs, to co‐deliver CD74 mRNA and V‐9302 for fibrotic TNBC therapy. CD74 mRNA reprograms myCAFs into antigen‐presenting apCAF cells through the CD74‐MHC II pathway, while V‐9302 induces ICD and activates MHC I‐CD8+ T cell immunity.

Skull Impact on Photoacoustic Imaging of Multi-Layered Brain Tissues with Embedded Blood Vessel Under Different Optical Source Types: Modeling and Simulation

open access: yesBioengineering
Skulls with high optical scattering and acoustic attenuation are a great challenge for photoacoustic imaging for human beings. To explore and improve photoacoustic generation and propagation, we conducted the photoacoustic simulation and image ...

Harmonizing Rigidity and Flexibility: Embedding COF Quantum Dots Into Extracellular Matrix Gel as Carbon Monoxide Depot for Acoustically Triggered Time‐Programmable Anti‐Infective Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A rigid‑flexible integrated CO depot is engineered by embedding rigid COFQDs into a flexible ECM gel network. The rigid framework enables high‑capacity CO storage and sonodynamic bacterial killing, while the flexible ECM gel controls sustained CO release, collectively eradicating multidrug‑resistant infection and promoting scarless healing.

Acoustic scattering and mode interaction in bifurcated circular waveguide structures with reacting liners and discontinuities.

open access: yesPLoS ONE
Acoustic scattering and nonlinear dispersion phenomena play a crucial role in the design and optimization of waveguide systems for noise control in engineering applications such as HVAC systems, aircraft engines, and industrial gas turbines.

Immediate Growth Control in Response to Boiling Histotripsy is Prognostic for Intratumoral Immune Activation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Boiling Histrotripsy (BH), a mechanical form of focused ultrasound (FUS), allows for non‐invasive and non‐ionizing tissue destruction. Utilizing a BH treatment protocol that yielded bifurcating primary tumor growth responses, we found that immediate BH‐induced tumor growth control identifies tumors with acute reductions in antigen‐presenting cells (APC)

Pattern‐Aware Intelligence Enables Nondestructive, Rapid Quantification of High‐Aspect‐Ratio Silicon Etching

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Pattern‐dependent etching is converted into a physical prior for intelligent reconstruction of high‐aspect‐ratio silicon structures. Combining YOLO‐Pose feature extraction with a topography network, the framework retrieves depth, sidewall angle, and scallop texture from minimal destructive observations, enabling accurate cross‐scale metrology and near ...
