Remote Control of Eukaryotic Gene Expression by a Modular Ultrasound‐Responsive RNA Toolkit
Angewandte Chemie, EarlyView.A modular RNA‐based sonogenetic toolkit enables remote control of gene expression in eukaryotes by releasing small molecule modulators from ultrasound‐responsive carriers. These modulators activate engineered mRNA elements such as riboswitches, leading to tunable protein expression.
