Anomalous Glassy Thermal Conductivity in a Perovskite Bismuthate Induced by Structural Dynamic Instability

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Unraveling the underlying mechanisms at the origin of ultra‐low thermal conductivity in pristine crystals is of central relevance to designing new functional materials. Single crystals of the candidate functional material BaBiO3 show an anomalous glassy thermal conductivity, which reveals the role of strong anharmonicity and additional scattering ...

Probing the Challenge of P‐Type Semiconductors in Long‐Chain VOC Detection: 3D Micro‐Flower Zinc Cobaltate Heterojunction Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Fe@WO3/ZnCo2O4 n‐p heterojunction sensor exhibits excellent room‐temperature sensing toward tetradecane, with a low detection limit of 78.4 ppb and short recovery time. The good performance is attributed to synergistic effects from heterojunctions, heteroatom doping, oxygen vacancies, high‐energy facets, and theoretical validations.

Mixed‐Dimensional Floating Gate Phototransistors for Mixed‐Modal In‐Sensor Reservoir Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Designing bio‐inspired multisensory neuromorphic devices holds significant importance for low‐power and high‐efficiency computing. Here, the authors introduce a floating‐gate phototransistor based on the mixed‐dimensional heterostructure of 0D‐CsPbBr3 QDs and 2D‐MoS2 few layers.

Wearable Bioelectronics for Home‐Based Monitoring and Treatment of Muscle Atrophy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
As an inevitable disease, muscle atrophy has received more attention. Because the factors that induce this disease are diverse, achieving a complete cure is still impossible. Wearable bioelectronics provides a more comfortable, low‐cost, and efficient way of home care for the monitoring and treatment of muscle atrophy. Therefore, this review summarizes
