Nonlinear Theory of Acoustoelectronic Waves in Semiconductors
1990This chapter presents the results of an investigation of the attenuation and amplification of acoustic waves by electrons in semiconductors. Emphasis is put on the criteria of applicability of the different existing theories to various regions of acoustic wave frequencies, semiconductor properties and external conditions.
