Syndrome Measurement Strategies for the [[7,1,3]] Code [PDF]
Quantum error correction (QEC) entails the encoding of quantum information into a QEC code space, measuring error syndromes to properly locate and identify errors, and, if necessary, applying a proper recovery operation. Here we compare three syndrome measurement protocols for the [[7,1,3]] QEC code: Shor states, Steane states, and one ancilla qubit by

Local Immunodeficiency: Minimal Networks and Stability [PDF]
Some basic aspects of the recently discovered phenomenon of local immunodeficiency \cite{pnas} generated by antigenic cooperation in cross-immunoreactivity (CR) networks are investigated. We prove that local immunodeficiency (LI) that's stable under perturbations already occurs in very small networks and under general conditions on their parameters ...

Investigating the role of SARM1 in central nervous system
Sterile‐α and Toll/interleukin 1 receptor (TIR) motif‐containing protein 1 (SARM1) is a pivotal molecule that has garnered extensive attention in neuroscience. As an intracellular molecule, SARM1 possesses various crucial biological functions in the nervous system.

Abstract Introduction Data on utilization, major complications, and in‐hospital mortality of catheter ablation (CA) for sarcoidosis‐related ventricular tachycardia (VT) are limited. We sought to determine the outcomes of sarcoidosis‐related VT, and incidence and predictors of complications associated with the CA procedure.

What's New? The cell‐surface glycoprotein carbonic anhydrase‐9 (CA9) is highly expressed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC), suggesting that it may be leveraged as a therapeutic target. A promising and minimally invasive approach for CA9‐targeting is near‐infrared photoimmunotherapy (NIR‐PIT).

The Advent Of Cytomegalovirus Infection In HIV Infected Patients: A review [PDF]
Cytomegalovirus is considered as one among the long list of latent infections in humans that although normally controlled by the cellular immune response, gets activated after HIV infection takes its role on infecting the T4 lymphocytes. Clinical disease
