Investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying the anti‐CRISPR function of AcrIIA13b protein
Anti‐CRISPR protein AcrIIA13b inhibits CRISPR–Cas9 function by preventing target DNA engagement. The Cas9–sgRNA ribonucleoprotein (RNP) normally recognizes the protospacer adjacent motif (PAM) duplex to initiate DNA cleavage. AcrIIA13b binding to the PAM‐interacting WED–PI domain blocks this recognition, leaving the target DNA intact.

Diagnostic Performance of Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data system (TIRADS) and Acoustic Radiation Force Impulse (ARFI) imaging in Detection of Malignant Thyroid Nodules: A Cross-sectional Study [PDF]
Introduction: Nodular lesions of the thyroid gland are frequent findings on Ultrasonography (USG). The Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System (TI-RADS) scores, based on USG, followed by Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy (FNAB), are traditionally employed ...

Natural Variation of TaSG‐D1‐TaWRKY53 Module Regulates Heading Date in Wheat
ABSTRACT Heading date is a critical determinant of regional adaptation and yield potential. Here, we identify an E286K substitution in TaSG‐D1, encoding an STKc_GSK3 kinase, which delays heading date in wheat. Mechanistically, this substitution strengthens the physical interaction between TaSG‐D1 and TaWRKY53 and enhances the phosphorylation of ...
