Florida Entomologist, 2004 A dichotomous key is presented to aid in the identification of the adult stage of the 71 grasshopper species known to occur in Florida. Reflecting recent research one subspecies, Schistocerca alutacea rubiginosa (Scudder), has been elevated to species status Schistocerca rubiginosa (Harris) in this key.

ZootaxaWe report the first record of the grasshopper subfamily Tropidopolinae in China, the genus Tropidopola Stål, 1873, Tropidopola turanica Uvarov, 1926 and Tropidopola turanica iliensis Bey-Bienko 1948 are discovered in Xinjiang, and provide a detailed morphological description and biological characteristics of the subspecies.

On acrididae (Orthoptera: acridoidea) from Kerala
Indian Journal of Entomology, 2018A faunistic survey conducted on the acridid fauna of Kerala, India revealed 41 species belonging to 30 genera in 10 subfamilies of the family Acrididae. These led to five new records from Kerala. The subfamilies Oedipodinae and Catantopinae were observed to include maximum abundance.
