Evaluation of Elongation and Hardness of Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Rubber.
ガバナー用ダイヤフラムとして用いられるゴムの機械的性質の中で伸びおよび硬さについて, これらをゴムの配合組成から定量的に評価する方法を検討した。アクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム (NBR) の組成, および各種配合剤との配合比を様々に変えて測定を行った結果, 伸びについてはNBRの割合に対する加硫剤量および補強剤量が, 硬さについては補強剤量および可塑剤量がそれぞれの測定値に強く影響を与えることがわかった。そこで, これらの結果をもとに伸びおよび硬さの推算式を提案した。
