Spontaneous or photo-induced resolution of papular elastolytic giant cell granuloma? A case report with considerations on its etiopathogenesis and clinical approach [PDF]
Papular elastolytic giant cell granuloma (PEGCG) is a rare subtype of elastolytic giant cell granuloma (EGCG), typically presenting as asymptomatic papules in non-photo-exposed areas and lacking annular or photo-distributed lesions.

Actinic Granuloma: A Case Report

Elastolytic Actinic Giant Cell Granuloma
Actinic granuloma and annular elastolytic giant cell granuloma are different terms used to define skin lesions characterized by elastolysis, elastophagocytosis, and multinucleated giant cell infiltrate. The clinical appearance varies from papules to annular plaques.

Actinic granuloma of the conjunctiva. [PDF]
Actinic granuloma is a condition characterised, histologically, by a preponderance of giant cells in close relation with damaged elastic fibres and the absence of necrobiosis, lipid, mucin, and palisading of the granuloma.1 The term was coined in 1975 by O’Brien who described similar histological features in cutaneous lesions of patients with sun ...

Annular elastolytic giant cell granuloma: An atypical presentation
Annular elastolytic giant cell granuloma is a rare granulomatous disease with unknown pathogenesis. It clinically presents as single or multiple well-defined erythematous annular arciform serpiginous polycyclic plaque with indurated elevated borders and ...

O’BRIEN’S ACTINIC GRANULOMA (IN SPANISH)
Giant-Cell Granuloma, was described initially in 1975. It is an infrequent dermatosis that is characterized by annular plaques with erythematous margins that are distributed in sun-exposed areas of the body.

Robustness of a convolutional neural network trained on dermoscopic images and challenged with close-up images. [PDF]
Summary Background and Objectives Deep learning‐convolutional neural networks (DL‐CNNs) have demonstrated high diagnostic accuracy within the domain of dermoscopy. However, many clinical settings lack dermoscopic devices, requiring reliance on close‐up images. This study evaluates the robustness of a DL‐CNN trained on dermoscopic images when challenged

O’Brien’s Granuloma- A Case Report [PDF]
Actinic granuloma is a self-limiting chronic disorder with elastolytic granulomas, mainly of the sun exposed skin and unknown pathogenesis. We report a case of a middle aged woman with multiple annular erythematous lesions.
