A simple, cleanroom‐free method produces flexible mini‐coils using automated blade cutting. The process is fast, low‐cost, and supports diverse materials. This study investigates the microstructural and micromechanical behavior of NiTiNb made through filament‐based materials extrusion via chemically correlated nanoindentation.
