Early Integration of Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Improves Functional Outcomes in Stroke Patients: A Prospective Pragmatic Study and Nested Case–Control Analysis

Initiating Chinese medicine rehabilitation within 6 months post‐stroke improves functional and neurological recovery compared with delayed initiation, increases the probability of meaningful ADL improvement (42.9% vs. 25.0% at 24 weeks), and shows no treatment‐related adverse events.
