[Study on acupoint laterality: the important supplement to acupoint specificity].
Zhongguo zhen jiu = Chinese acupuncture & moxibustion, 2012Acupoint laterality is defined as the non-equivalence effect and the diversity of intermediate links resulted from stimulating isonym acupoints on the different side respectively. This kind of study is the important supplement to acupoint specificity and can provide the basis for acupoint selection in clinical practice.

[Amplification effect of acupoint from feeling of acupoint and transmitting of meridian].
Zhongguo zhen jiu = Chinese acupuncture & moxibustion, 2014Through arrangement and analysis of domestic and overseas literature about effect of acupoint, it is found that acupoint is an amplifier of acupuncture effect, which could present feature of weak-stimulation and strong-response for acupuncture stimulation.

The acupoint effect of Sanyinjiao (SP 6) and Xuanzhong (GB 39) as well as the internal relation of Sanyinjiao (SP 6)-Xuanzhong (GB 39) were analyzed in this paper to explore the relationship between opposite acupoints and acupoint effect. It was found both Sanyinjiao (SP 6) and Xuanzhong (GB 39) had acupoint effects, and the two acupoints had close ...

[Present situation and thinking of comparative studies on effects of acupoints and non-acupoints].
Zhongguo zhen jiu = Chinese acupuncture & moxibustion, 2009The therapeutic effect of acupuncture is closely related to acupoints, and the specificity of acupoint indications is one of the key factors for regulatory and therapeutic effects of acupuncture. In recent years, a number of researches focusing on acupoint specificity have been done through comparison of the effects of acupoint and non acupoint.
