Bacckground: Approximately 80% to 85% of sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSNHL) is idiopathic, but immune-mediated mechanisms are thought to be involved. Behçet disease is an autoinflammatory vasculitis that may involve vessels of the inner ear.
