Single‐Cell Transcriptomics Identifies Novel Prognostic Signatures in HNSCC Immunotherapy Response
Cancer Science, EarlyView.This study demonstrates the value of combining single‐cell and bulk RNA sequencing approaches to understand HNSCC tumor biology and treatment response. The developed prognostic model and identified immune signatures provide a foundation for improving patient stratification and treatment selection.

Clinical Endocrinology, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Objective Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI), the loss of ovarian function before age 40, increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, low bone mineral density, dementia and psychological distress. Lifestyle interventions reduce chronic disease risk in other populations and, with hormone therapy, may improve health outcomes in POI.
