The Immune Microenvironment: New Therapeutic Implications in Organ Fibrosis
This review summarizes recent advances in understanding the immune microenvironment's role in fibrosis, focusing on phenotypic/functional alterations of immune cells and their dynamic interactions with other cellular constituents within tissues. The authors further explore therapeutic opportunities and challenges in targeting immune microenvironment ...

This study demonstrates a pump‐free, hydraulic‐amplification oscillatory microfluidic device, which generates oscillatory flows by deforming flexible microchannels through reciprocating finger pressing. The mechanism of elasto‐inertial focusing in the oscillatory flows is revealed, and early detection of drug‐treated platelet aggregates and rapid cell ...

ALKBH5 promoted G3BP1 expression via m⁶A methylation at sites 142/173. G3BP1 interacts with YBX1 and p53, reducing their nuclear translocation and decreasing p53‐mediated SLC7A11 repression. This inhibites cardiomyocyte ferroptosis and mitigates myocardial damage during diabetic ischemia‐reperfusion injury.

Enteroviruses in acute myocardial infarction.
Human enteroviruses (EVs) may have a role as a possible risk factor in the pathogenesis of MI. The aim of this study was to evaluate the presence of enterovirus genomic RNA in peripheral blood samples of patients with acute myocardial infarction (MI).We investigated the presence of enterovirus genomic RNA in the peripheral blood of 115 patients with ...
