High Versus Low Radiographic Burden Odontogenic Sinusitis: Culture, Histopathology, and Patient‐Reported Outcomes

This study investigated clinical, histopathologic, and symptomatic differences between odontogenic sinusitis patients with high versus low radiographic burden. High radiographic burden disease was associated with older age and increased tissue inflammation, while significant postoperative symptom improvement was only observed in the high‐burden cohort.
