Malectin alleviates high glucose‐induced ER stress and damage in placental trophoblasts, a function dependent on its six critical carbohydrate‐binding residues. In a GDM mouse model, administration of TAT‐Malectin ameliorated hyperglycemia and placental ER stress and prevented fetal macrosomia.

Current aspects of pharmacotherapy and prevention of ARVI
Acute respiratory infections (ARI) constitute a group of acute viral diseases transmitted by droplet route and characterized by catarrh of the upper respiratory tract with symptoms of infectious toxicosis. ARVI is the most common infectious disease group

ABSTRACT Accumulating evidence suggests that the intestinal microbiota participates in the progression of metabolic dysfunction‐associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) through microbiota‐host interaction. However, the beneficial role of commensal mycobiota in MASLD progression remains poorly understood.

In fibrotic distal lung regions, CD66c+ basal cells emerge as a pathological state. Using human distal lung organoids, this study identifies CD66c+ basal cells as a pro‐fibrotic state arising through transdifferentiation from secretory, AT2, and basal cells.

MODERN APPROACHES TO THERAPY OF ACUTE RESPIRATORY VIRAL INFECTIONS OF THE UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACT
Acute respiratory viral infection(ARVI) are the most common diseases in the world. Acute respiratory viral infections (ARI), including influenza, include a group of infectious diseases of the respiratory tract with a viral etiology and are predominantly airborne transmission. SARS and flu are manifested in the diversity of respiratory symptoms. One of

In this study, chemoproteomics combined with genetic and functional analyses was integrated to identify SHMT2 as a covalent and functional target of gambogic acid (GA) in triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC). Further validation demonstrated that GA selectively modifies the Cys241 site of SHMT2, triggering mitochondrial dysfunction, activating the Nrf2 ...

Comparative genomics of Gondwana‐diverged Pila and Pomacea reveals parallel evolution of aerial oviposition. Convergent chromosomal rearrangements reshape regulatory landscapes within topologically associating domains. Lineage‐specific gene family expansions and viral‐derived perivitelline proteins (PV1) underpin desiccation resistance.
