Chiral Polyacetylene‐PDMS‐Copolymer‐Gels as Enantiodifferentiating Alignment Media

open access: yesMagnetic Resonance in Chemistry, Volume 63, Issue 11, Page 912-926, November 2025.
The crosslinking copolymerization of various amino acid derived 4‐ethinylbenzoic acid amides with different types of diynes delivered polymeric materials that can be used as chiral alignment (SAG) media for the measurement of anisotropic NMR data. Polysiloxane crosslinked gels are particularly suited in this respect.

KAT2A‐H3K79succ‐Mediated SH2B3 Upregulation Promotes TNBC Metastasis Through Diminishing the Ubiquitin‐Dependent Degradation of Vimentin

open access: yesThe FASEB Journal, Volume 39, Issue 20, 31 October 2025.
Lysine acetyltransferase 2A (KAT2A) is a critical catalytic component within transcriptional regulatory complexes and plays a significant role in triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC). To investigate its underlying mechanism, this study demonstrates that KAT2A catalyzes succinylation at the H3K79 site to promote SH2B3 transcription and enhance its ...

Unveiling Flavonoid Reactivity: A High‐Resolution Mass Spectrometry Journey Through the Silylation of Quercetin

open access: yesRapid Communications in Mass Spectrometry, Volume 39, Issue 20, 30 October 2025.
ABSTRACT Rationale Quercetin is an example of a pentahydroxylated flavonol compound studied extensively due to its excellent biological activity (e.g., antioxidant, antiviral, and antimicrobial). The antioxidant properties of flavonoids are influenced by the arrangement of the substituents around the molecule, a phenomenon known as the structure ...
