Sustainable Poly(Lactic Acid)/Graphene Oxide Bioelectronic Platform for Neurotransmitters Sensing and Tunable Stimulation of Astrocytes

This work introduces sustainable PLA/graphene oxide bioelectronic interfaces featuring electrodes with tunable conductivity and strong electrocatalytic performance. These platforms were used to implement a new method for tuning astrocyte Ca2+ signaling and for the efficient detection of key biomarkers.

S‐Nitrosothiols as Thiol‐Protecting Groups for Controlled Thiol‐Maleimide Crosslinking of Homogeneous Soft Hydrogels

Rapid thiol‐maleimide addition frequently outpaces mixing, resulting in heterogeneous hydrogels. Membrane‐Bound Multimodal Plasmonic Transducers for Noninvasive, In Situ Monitoring and Control of CAR T Cells Against Heterogeneous Solid Tumors

Membrane‐bound multimodal transducers enable longitudinal ultrasound‐guided photoacoustic monitoring and in situ thermal control of CAR T cells in heterogeneous solid tumors. Imaging correlates T cell trafficking with tumor response, distinguishing responders from nonresponders.
