Recent Advances in Stereospecific Transformations of Organoboron Reagents
Enantioenriched boronic esters when activated with organolithiums, can be transformed into boronate complexes that act as chiral organometallic‐type nucleophiles and can engage a wide variety of electrophiles in stereospecific cross‐coupling reactions.

Abstract Host resistance, using qualitative genes with major effects, such as resistance (R) genes, is one of the most effective disease control strategies. However, because major gene‐derived resistance wanes over time, breeders must increasingly focus on quantitative trait loci and minor effect genes, which, when pyramided together, can confer ...

Our study supports a potential causal role of gut microbiota in benign prostatic hyperplasia, with Escherichia–Shigella emerging as a key contributor and predictor of lower urinary tract symptom severity. These findings may provide insights for future therapeutic interventions targeting microbial dynamics in the treatment of benign prostatic ...

Spin Berry phase in a helical edge state: Sz nonconservation and transport signatures
Topological protection of edge state in quantum spin Hall systems relies only on time-reversal symmetry. Hence, S z conservation on the edge can be relaxed which can have an interferometric manifestation in terms of spin Berry phase.

Plant breeding is a critical tool for increasing the productivity, climate resilience, and sustainability of agriculture, but current phenotyping methods are a bottleneck due to the amount of human labor involved. Here, we demonstrate high‐throughput phenotyping with an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to analyze the season‐long flowering pattern in ...

Nonmetricity and torsion induced by dilaton gravity in two dimension
We develop a theory in which there are couplings amongst Dirac spinor, dilaton and non-Riemannian gravity and explore the nature of connection-induced dilaton couplings to gravity and Dirac spinor when the theory is reformulated in terms of the Levi ...

Abstract The temporal evolution of the polar ionosphere's electric field distribution can be simulated by a magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) model of the magnetosphere–ionosphere system. The emulator SMRAI2 mimics the ionospheric state calculated with an MHD model, REPPU, under given solar wind conditions.
