In this study, in the political development process of Turkey the place, the role and the ideology of the Justice Party were investigated. In order to do that, economical, social and political policies which followed by the justice Party between 1961-1980 were reviewed. In this stady, literature review model was used.

2021ABSTRACT AKP's politic identy as a `Conservative-Democrat` shows two diffent views which are articulated and, at the same time, are in contradiction each other.
