Impairment of retinal adaptive circuitry in the myopic eye
Previous studies have proposed that the inner retina is affected in myopes. This study aimed to investigate the changes in adaptive circuitry of the inner retina in myopia, using the global flash multifocal electroretinogram (global flash mfERG) with different levels of contrast (luminance modulation).

Imine Crosslinked, Injectable, and Self‐Healing Fucoidan Hydrogel with Immunomodulatory Properties
This study develops an injectable fucoidan‐based hydrogel with tunable properties for tissue engineering. By oxidizing fucoidan (OFu) to introduce aldehydes, imine crosslinks are formed with amine‐containing polymers, enabling self‐healing, injectability, and long‐term stability (≥28 days). The OFu‐gelatin hydrogel demonstrated biocompatibility, immune‐

Deep Domain Adaptation: A Sim2Real Neural Approach for Improving Eye-Tracking Systems [PDF]
Eye image segmentation is a critical step in eye tracking that has great influence over the final gaze estimate. Segmentation models trained using supervised machine learning can excel at this task, their effectiveness is determined by the degree of overlap between the narrow distributions of image properties defined by the target dataset and highly ...

Optoelectronic Devices for In‐Sensor Computing
The raw data obtained directly from sensors in the noisy analogue domain is often unstructured, which lacks a predefined format or organization and does not conform to a specific data model. Optoelectronic devices for in‐sensor visual processing can integrate perception, memory, and processing functions in the same physical units, which can compress ...
