This graphical summary illustrates the roles of phosphatidylinositol 4‐kinases (PI4Ks). PI4Ks regulate key cellular processes and can be hijacked by pathogens, such as viruses, bacteria and parasites, to support their intracellular replication. Their dual role as essential host enzymes and pathogen cofactors makes them promising drug targets.

Effect of adaptive VOR gain changes on OKR gain control.

ヒトの前庭眼反射系と視運動性眼振系の関連を検討する目的で,左右逆転視,および拡大視による前庭眼反射の適応現象がOKN系に及ぼす影響について検討した.左右逆転視によるVORの適応下では,OKNの利得はVORの利得の低下にほぼ平行して減少し,この結果から,両者はその利得制御系を共有するものと思われた.しかし,拡大視では,VORの利得は増大するものの,OKNの利得には少なくとも今回用いた条件下では影響を与えなかった.
