A Scalable Fault-Tolerant and Congestion-Aware Q-Learning Routing Framework for Network-on-Chip Systems

open access: yesIEEE Access
Efficient and adaptive routing is critical to the performance and reliability of modern Network-on-Chip (NoC) architectures. With the increasing size of NoC meshes, it has become essential that routing algorithms in modern NoCs must be inherently fault ...

A Self-Organized and Smart-Adaptive Clustering and Routing Approach for Wireless Sensor Networks

open access: yesInternational Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks, 2012
Efficient energy consumption is a critical factor for the deployment and operation of wireless sensor networks (WSNs). In general, WSNs perform clustering and routing using localized neighbor information only.

In Situ Micromechanical Study of Bimodal γ′–γ″ Precipitate Assemblies in Ni–Cr–Al–Nb Superalloy

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
A Ni–Cr–Al–Nb superalloy with a bimodal γ′–γ″ precipitate distribution is developed. Composite precipitate assemblies form through heterogeneous nucleation, effectively impeding dislocation motion. Micropillar compression reveals high strength at room and elevated temperatures, governed by precipitate shearing, with coupled faulting mechanisms ...

Spatiotemporal Locality-Aware Adaptive Hybrid Optoelectronic Interconnect for Reconfigurable Array Processors

open access: yesSensors
As data-intensive applications continue to scale reconfigurable array processors (RAPs), electrical networks-on-chip (NoCs) are increasingly constrained by energy-delay bottlenecks due to RC-delay constraints.

A Novel Hybrid Quantum-Crypto Standard to Enhance Security and Resilience in 6G-Enabled IoT Networks

open access: yesIEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing
One of the most significant threats that hinder the effective functioning of existing models and technologies in 6G networks, particularly within the realms of Industry 5.0, is the lack of privacy and security.

Experimental Characterization and Constitutive Modeling of the Effect of Prior Inelastic Strain on the Viscoplastic Behavior of AD730 at 700 °C

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study shows that superalloys used in aircraft engine disks become much more prone to deformation at high temperatures if they have been strained during manufacturing. This effect increases with the level of prior strain but eventually reaches a limit.
