Approaches to maintaining provenance throughout the additive manufacturing process [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
The development of 3D printers has resulted in significant Intellectual Property Right issues. This work presents a model for signing printable 3D objects.

Incomplete Fermatean fuzzy preference relations and group decision-making

open access: yesTopological Algebra and its Applications, 2023
There may be cases where experts do not have in-depth knowledge of the problem to be solved in decision-making problems. In such cases, experts may fail to express their views on certain aspects of the problem, resulting in incomplete preferences, in ...

Additive energy and the metric Poissonian property [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
Let $A$ be a set of natural numbers. Recent work has suggested a strong link between the additive energy of $A$ (the number of solutions to $a_1 + a_2 = a_3 + a_4$ with $a_i \in A$) and the metric Poissonian property, which is a fine-scale ...

On linear sections of orthogonally additive operators

open access: yesМатематичні Студії, 2022
Our first result asserts that, for linear regular operators acting from a Riesz space with the principal projection property to a Banach lattice with an order continuous norm, the $C$-compactness is equivalent to the $AM$-compactness. Next we prove that,

Terahertz Dielectric Property Characterization of Photopolymers for Additive Manufacturing

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
In this paper, resin-based photocurable polymer materials for stereolithography, digital-light-processing (DLP), and polymer-jetting additive manufacturing techniques were characterized from 0.2 to 1.4 terahertz (THz) for their comprehensive dielectric ...

An asymptotic property of quaternary additive codes

open access: yesDesigns, Codes and Cryptography, 2023
Abstract Let nk(s) be the maximal length n such that a quaternary additive [n, k, n − s]4-code exists. We solve a natural asymptotic problem by determining the lim sup λk of nk(s)/s, and the smallest value of s such that nk(s)/s = λk. The proof uses geometric language and is elementary.
