A 42‐year‐old man with haemoptysis was initially suspected to have an airway tumour but was ultimately diagnosed with pulmonary vein stenosis, a rare complication of atrial fibrillation ablation. Cryobiopsy ruled out malignancy and revealed a vascular malformation, while computed tomography confirmed left superior pulmonary vein occlusion.
