Unusual Adenomatoid Odontogenic Tumor

This is a case of an adenomatoid odontogenic tumor of unusual location and behavior in a 15-year-old female patient. International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, 1987A case of combined epithelial odontogenic tumor associated with an unerupted maxillary canine tooth is described. The relative proportion of adenomatoid odontogenic tumor tissue and calcifying epithelial odontogenic tumor areas in a given tumor in determining the behaviour and growth potential of this entity is discussed.
