Advanced Science, EarlyView.Integrated multi‐omic profiling maps the gene‐regulatory landscape of the coelomic mesothelium across heart, lung, and pancreas. A cardiac‐restricted regulatory program is uncovered in which TBX20 activates heart mesothelial (epicardial) cis‐regulatory elements, while MAF emerges as a conserved regulator of mesothelial identity.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Constitutive PRKCN expression is driven by super‐enhancers and modulated by NF‐κB signaling in multiple myeloma (MM). PRKCN activates mTORC1/2‐IRF4 signaling axis and favors tumor cell growth independently of its kinase activity. IRF4 reciprocally promotes PRKCN transcription, creating a feed‐forward loop.

Cationic mRNA Lipid Nanoparticles for Ex Vivo NanoCAR‐T Cell Engineering
Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study compares charge‑neutral and cationic lipidnanoparticles (LNPs) for ex vivo mRNA delivery to T cells, revealing distinctdependencies on medium composition and T cell activation. Where conventional LNPs benefit from ApoE‐dependent T cell targeting, cationic DOTAP‑modified LNPs mediate unspecific charge‑dependent transfection.
