The favorable retroactivity in administrative law penalties
An issue that has always caused controversy, both in the theory and in the practice, is the application of the law over time, which becomes more complex in terms of its non-retroactivity or retroactivity. In the present article, the author develops theretroactivity of the most favorable rule principle.

Design Principles of Electrocatalysts for Industrial‐Scale Water Electrolysis
This Review distills electrocatalyst design for industrial‐scale water electrolysis into integrated principles linking active‐site engineering, phase and lattice modulation, interfacial microenvironment regulation and mass‐transport control. By connecting catalyst families with HER/OER mechanisms and practical operating demands, it outlines pathways ...

Fluoromethylammonium iodide (FMAI) is prepared using a facile procedure through a simple nucleophilic reaction between fluoroiodomethane and ammonia in methanol and tested in n‐i‐p perovskite solar cells. FMA+ cation in combination with FA+ and Cs+ cations affords a power conversion efficiency close to 26% with a long‐term operational stability for ...

Keeping Pace or Falling Behind? The Depth of Latin American Trade Agreements
ABSTRACT This article examines whether Latin American countries are keeping pace with global trends in trade agreement depth or falling behind. Using 681 agreements (1970–2019), we develop the Depth Index of Trade Agreements (DITA) to weight provisions endogenously through factor analysis based on co‐occurrence patterns.

Administrative Penalties for Building Violations in The Saudi System
General administrative penalties are a category of sanctions that have recently emerged to address certain offenses that do not merit criminal penalties due to their lesser severity and gravity in the view of society. Instead, these offenses are adequately addressed with a general administrative penalty imposed by administrative authorities without ...
