Acta Obstetricia et Gynecologica Scandinavica, EarlyView.Seromucinous borderline ovarian tumors frequently appear as unilateral, left‐sided cysts with ground‐glass echogenicity and moderately vascularized solid components. Their strong association with ipsilateral endometriosis provides crucial sonographic and clinical clues for an accurate preoperative diagnosis.
