ABSTRACT The governance of chemicals and nanomaterials presents a critical challenge, as significant uncertainties regarding safety and sustainability match their innovation potential. This creates a “knowledge‐to‐action” gap, hindering the practical implementation of safety and sustainability by design (SSbD) principles.

The use of 2‐aminoisobutyric acid in 3d–4f chemistry affords three {Ni₉Ln5} clusters, with the Gd analogue exhibiting an unusually broad magnetocaloric effect across an extended temperature range. ABSTRACT The solvothermal reaction between Ni(HCOO)2.2H2O, 2‐aminoisobutyric acid (aibH), Ln(OAc)3·4H2O (Ln = Gd, Y, Dy) and NEt3 in MeOH/MeCN affords the ...

From Custom to Court: The Evolution of Mediation in European Legal Systems
ABSTRACT This article traces how European mediation has repeatedly rebalanced three variables—(1) the source of mediator authority, (2) the degree of institutionalization, and (3) the operative meaning of voluntariness—from antiquity to the present. Enhanced Urea Oxidation Reaction by Mn‐Doped Nickel Hydroxide From Wastewater
Mn incorporation modifies the hydroxide structure and modulates the electronic properties of the Ni centers, promoting the formation of catalytically active NiOOH species. Mn dopants induce a favorable electronic effect but do not directly participate in the UOR mechanism, enhancing the overall urea oxidation rate and resulting in increased hydrogen ...
