In rare cases, severe contamination or defecation fears lead to extreme dietary restriction and life‐threatening malnutrition. Although a handful of cases have been reported, none describe the use of modified

An automated microfluidic platform enables single‐spheroid culture, continuous EV collection, and efficient isolation using size filtration and immunomagnetic capture, unlocking spheroid heterogeneity. The system captures CD63/CD81‐positive EVs from individual spheroids with 60% yield. Using adrenocortical carcinoma spheroids, the platform reveals that

Cocaine and Morphine Converge to Disrupt Chloride Homeostasis in Ventral Tegmental Area GABA Neurons
Drug exposure alters VTA circuitry across drug classes. We show that acute morphine and cocaine, but not saline, disrupt chloride homeostasis in VTA GABA neurons, producing a depolarized GABAA reversal potential, impaired chloride extrusion, and posttranslational downregulation of KCC2. A glucocorticoid receptor antagonist did not prevent these effects;
