Clinical Safety of Extended Interval Dosing of Nivolumab in Patients with Melanoma
Extended interval dosing regimens of immune checkpoint inhibitors have been implemented widely. However, their approval was mainly based on pharmacokinetic modeling and simulations. Consequently, comparative safety data of extended interval dosing regimens in a real‐world setting are limited.

Abstract Background CD163 is a scavenger receptor predominantly expressed on the surfaces of macrophages in various mammalian species and is a marker of anti‐inflammatory (M2‐like) macrophages. High density of CD163‐positive tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs) is associated with worse prognosis in various patient tumors.

Abstract Neural crest cells are a transient cell population that emerges from the dorsal neural tube during neurulation and migrates extensively throughout the embryo. Among their diverse derivatives, glial cells (such as Schwann and satellite ganglionic cells) and melanocytes represent two major lineages. In vitro studies suggested they share a common

A Case of Adrenal Metastasis in Seminoma [PDF]
We report an uncommon case of testicular cancer with adrenal metastasis without retroperitoneal or distant metastatic disease. This situation is highly unusual. In fact, no similar case was reported in the literature. Our case is the first adrenalectomy that has been performed for secondary localization of testicular cancer.
