Third‐Generation EGFR‐TKIs Combined With Chemotherapy in Advanced Non‐Small Cell Lung Cancer: A Real‐World Study

open access: yesCancer Science, Volume 117, Issue 2, Page 476-490, February 2026.
This study was the largest sample size of first‐line third‐generation TKIs combined chemotherapy among advanced EGFRm NSCLC patients in the real world. It was never reported that aumolertinib and furmonertinib showed comparable PFS benefits to osimertinib in combination with chemotherapy. The overall safety profile remained acceptable. Effectiveness and Safety of Radium‐223 for Bone‐Metastatic Castration‐Resistant Prostate Cancer: The KYUCOG‐1901 Study

open access: yesCancer Science, Volume 117, Issue 2, Page 501-510, February 2026.
The KYUCOG‐1901 prospective multicenter study evaluated radium‐223 in 93 Japanese patients with bone‐metastatic castration‐resistant prostate cancer. Ra‐223 was well tolerated, produced meaningful declines in ALP, and yielded a median overall survival of 23.0 months. Early initiation in patients with lower disease burden and integration with subsequent

Intravascular Adenomyosis in a Cynomolgus Macaque (Macaca Fascicularis)

open access: yesJournal of Medical Primatology, Volume 55, Issue 1, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Intravascular adenomyosis was discovered in a cynomolgus macaque, a previously unreported presentation of adenomyosis in non‐human primates that points to vascular involvement in adenomyosis etiology. Uterus gross exam was unremarkable, but histologic examination revealed multifocal endometrial tissue intimately associated with large thin ...

Outcomes of Nivolumab Plus Ipilimumab After Atezolizumab Plus Bevacizumab in Advanced HCC: An International Multicentre Study

open access: yesLiver International, Volume 46, Issue 2, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Background/Aims Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have transformed advanced HCC treatment. The benefit of sequential immunotherapy after prior ICI failure remains unclear. Given the expanded use of atezolizumab plus bevacizumab (Ate/Bev) over the past 5 years, we explored the real‐world outcomes of nivolumab plus ipilimumab (Nivo/Ipi) in ...

Clinical significance and immune microenvironment association of cuproptosis‐related genes in pan‐cancer

open access: yesExperimental Physiology, Volume 111, Issue 2, Page 539-555, 1 February 2026.
Abstract Recent studies highlight the important roles of cuproptosis in cancer cells. However, the roles of the cuproptosis‐related genes (CRGs) in different cancers are still not fully understood. Comprehensive analysis was performed using open‐source bioinformatic platforms to disclose the expression profiles, prognostic significance, genomic and ...
