Carbon Nanotube 3D Integrated Circuits: From Design to Applications
As Moore's law approaches its physical limits, carbon nanotube (CNT) 3D integrated circuits (ICs) emerge as a promising alternative due to the miniaturization, high mobility, and low power consumption. CNT 3D ICs in optoelectronics, memory, and monolithic ICs are reviewed while addressing challenges in fabrication, design, and integration.

Zeolitic Imidazolate Frameworks as H_2 Adsorbents: Ab Initio Based Grand Canonical Monte Carlo Simulation [PDF]
We report the H_2 uptake behavior of 10 zeolitic−imidazolate frameworks (ZIFs), based on grand canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) simulations. The force fields (FFs) describing the interactions between H_2 and ZIF in the GCMC were based on ab initio quantum ...

The Promising Potential of Cold Atmospheric Plasma Therapies
The outstanding properties and chemistry of cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) are not sufficiently understood due to their relatively complex systems and transient properties. In this paper, we tried to present a detailed review of the applications of CAP in

A novel polymer electrolyte membrane with a hyperbranched interpenetrating hydrogen bond network structure is developed. The unique structure of the hyperbranched polymer contributes to a high glass transition temperature exceeding 400 °C, enabling its operation at elevated temperatures for fuel cell applications.
