Morphological Control of TiO2 Supports for Enhanced Pt-Catalyzed Methylcyclohexane Dehydrogenation. [PDF]
This study shows how tailoring TiO2 support morphology, particularly through {001}‐exposed nanosheets, reshapes Pt–support interactions during methylcyclohexane dehydrogenation. The nanosheet architecture strengthens electronic coupling, maintains highly dispersed Pt, and improves access to active sites.

Modelling of a falling-film evaporator for adsorption chillers
The objective of the present study was to develop a dynamic model to simulate a prototype falling-film evap-orator that is part of a single-bed adsorption chiller test bench located at the Department of Energy of the Politecnico di Milano. The model is based on the evaporator energy and mass balances and was calibrated and validated using experimental ...

Testing of a Falling-Film Evaporator for Adsorption Chillers [PDF]
In this work, the performance of an innovative evaporator based on water falling film was investigated. The studied evaporator has been equipped with a recirculation system to maximise the wetted surface. Tests have been carried out in a lab-scale adsorption unit connected to a test bench recently realised at Politecnico di Milano labs for evaluating ...
