Square-wave adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry of pantoprazole

Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis, 2003
Adsorption and reduction of pantoprazole were investigated by cyclic and square-wave voltammetry on a hanging mercury drop electrode in Britton-Robinson buffers at pH 2.0-11.0. The reduction process gave rise to a single peak within the entire pH range.

Adsorptive stripping voltammetry in pharmaceutical analysis

1992
The use and advantages of adsorptive stripping voltammetry at the hanging mercury drop electrode in pharmaceutical analysis are discussed and the generally applicable procedure is given. The main advantages are increased sensitivity, selectivity and low cost. Various studies on this subject since 1984 are reviewed.
