Determination of uranium by adsorptive stripping voltammetry
Analytica Chimica Acta, 1983Abstract A voltammetric method for the determination of uranium in natural waters in the concentration range from 0.4 μg 1 −1 to 0.2 mg 1 −1 is described. The method is based on adsorptive accumulation of the uranium(VI)—pyrocatechol complex on the hanging mercury drop electrode followed by the reduction of the absorbed complex.

Analytical Proceedings including Analytical Communications, 1994
Stripping voltammetric methods involve both accumulation and determination steps, and sometimes intermediate steps. Ideally it would be helpful if nomenclature could be found which gave information on the nature of all of the steps involved. Possible combinations of accumulation and determination methods in stripping voltammetry are considered here.

Determination of bilirubin by adsorptive stripping voltammetry
Journal of Electroanalytical Chemistry and Interfacial Electrochemistry, 1985Abstract A stripping method for the determination of bilirubin at the submicromolar and nanomolar concentration levels is described. The method is based on controlled adsorptive accumulation of bilirubin at the static mercury drop electrode followed by differential pulse measurement of the surface species.

Adsorptive stripping voltammetry of trace thallium
Analytica Chimica Acta, 1993Abstract A highly selective and sensitive adsorptive stripping voltammetric procedure for trace measurements of thallium in presence of o -cresolphthalein (OCP) is described. The response is not affected by the presence of excess tin, lead or indium, which can interfere severely in analogous anodic stripping measurements.

Adsorptive Stripping Voltammetry of Environmental Carcinogens
Current Analytical Chemistry, 2008This review describes our recent results regarding adsorptive stripping voltammetric determination of submicromolar and nanomolar concentrations of various environmentally important chemical carcinogens using both traditional (hanging mercury drop electrode, carbon paste electrode) and non-traditional types of electrodes (solid amalgam electrodes ...

Determination of Dinoseb by adsorptive stripping voltammetry
Electroanalysis, 1991AbstractA sensitive method is described for the determination of Dinoseb (2‐sec‐butyl‐4, 6‐dinitrophenol) at nanomolar levels by adsorptive stripping voltammetry (AdSV) at the hanging mercury drop electrode. Cyclic voltammetry studies showed two well‐defined reduction peaks, at −0.21 and −0.36 V, and demonstrated the adsorption of Dinoseb and its ...

Determination of palladium by adsorptive stripping voltammetry
Fresenius' Journal of Analytical Chemistry, 1997Adsorptive accumulation of the Pd(II) complex with dimethylglyoxime was evaluated for stripping voltammetry with respect to different parameters. The sensitivity of the method and the linearity between the peak current and the concentration of Pd(II) depends on the ionic strength, the electrode area, the preconcentration time, the transport rate to the

Adsorptive-catalytic stripping voltammetry for determination of ultratrace titanium
Talanta, 1994An extremely sensitive stripping voltammetric procedure for determination of ultratrace titanium is reported. The method is based on the interfacial preconcentration of titanium-cupferron complex onto the hanging mercury drop electrode, followed by catalytic reduction of the adsorbed complex for the presence of cupferron. The peak currents are directly

Speciation of antimony by adsorptive stripping voltammetry using pyrogallol
Talanta, 2007This paper describes a new procedure for the determination of Sb (III) and Sb (V) by differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry (DPAdSV) using pyrogallol as a complexing agent. The selection of the experimental conditions was made using experimental design methodology.
