Avaliação da labilidade de alumínio em infusões de erva-mate empregando voltametria adsortiva de redissolução catódica

open access: yesQuímica Nova, 2014
Infusions of yerba mate obtained at different stages of industrialization were evaluated to determine the bioavailable fraction of Al. Adsorptive Cathodic Stripping Voltammetry using DASA (complexing agent) was applied to determine the labile fraction of

Adsorptive Stripping Voltammetry for Determination of Vanadium: A Review

open access: yesMaterials, 2023
The main purpose of this review is to present methods of adsorptive stripping voltammetry that can be used to determine trace amounts of VO2(+) in various types of samples. The detection limits achieved using different working electrodes are presented. The factors influencing the obtained signal, including the selection of the complexing agent and the ...

Electrochemical reduction of oxygen catalyzed by Pseudomonas aeruginosa [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
Pseudomonas aeruginosa has already been shown to catalyze oxidation processes in the anode compartment of a microbial fuel cell. The present study focuses on the reverse capacity of the bacterium, i.e. reduction catalysis. Here we show that P. aeruginosa

Determination of Cu and As by Stripping Voltammetry in Utility Poles Treated with Chromated Copper Arsenate (Cca)

open access: yesInternational Journal of Electrochemical Science, 2008
This work presents an electroanalytical method for determining the presence of Cu and As in utility poles treated with chromated copper arsenate (CCA) using anodic and cathodic stripping voltammetry in the differential pulse mode (DPASV and DPCSV) and a ...

Influence of ocean acidification on the organic complexation of iron and copper in Northwest European shelf seas; a combined observational and model study [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
The pH of aqueous solutions is known to impact the chemical speciation of trace metals. In this study we conducted titrations of coastal seawaters with iron and copper at pH 7.91, 7.37 and 6.99 (expressed on the total pH scale).

ADSORPTIVE STRIPPING VOLTAMMETRY OF INDIUM MORIN COMPLEX

open access: yesAnalytical Sciences, 1991
A very sensitive adsorptive stripping voltammetric method is studied on the In-morin complex at a HMDE in 0.1 M acetate buffer (pH=3.20) solution. The effects of various analytical conditions are discussed on the reduction peak current of the absorbed complex on the surface of HMDE. Interferences by other trace metals and surfactant are also discussed.
