An Ultra‐Selective and Humidity‐Resistant Room‐Temperature‐Operated NO2 Sensor Based on Black TiO2

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A room‐temperature‐operated NO2 sensor that achieves ultrahigh selectivity and humidity resistance is developed using black TiO2 for the first time in this work. A portable sensing equipment capable of recognizing NO2 from a mixed atmosphere with several common interfering gases and identifying real environmental differences is developed ...

Serine Grafted Silica Coated Nanoscale Zero‐Valent Iron with Enhanced Fenton‐Like Degradation of Mixed Organic Solvents of Tributyl Phosphate and n‐dodecane

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Serine grafted silica coated nanoscale zero‐valent iron is synthesized. Through the SiO2 coating and serine grafting, the aggregation and oxidation of nZVI are reduced, and the slow release of Fe2+ ensured the catalytic cycle. The adsorption capacity for TBP and n‐dodecane is higher, because of the synergistic effect of surface functional groups.

A Wearable Electrochemical Biosensor for Salivary Detection of Periodontal Inflammation Biomarkers: Molecularly Imprinted Polymer Sensor with Deep Learning Integration

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A wearable electrochemical biosensor integrated into a smart mouthguard enables the non‐invasive detection of salivary MMP‐8 for early monitoring of periodontal inflammation. Featuring a molecularly imprinted polymer‐based sensing layer, the platform offers high cytokine selectivity and impedance‐driven sensitivity. Combining wireless connectivity with

The exotic image is represented in the print advertisement

open access: yesالاكاديمي
In advertising, the designer practices Westernization by manipulating ideas and treatments. He avoids adherence to familiar reality and creates unique works of art that are alien to the prevailing social and environmental pattern. This is evident in the

Who are the advertisers? [PDF]

open access: yes, 2001
We seek to explain why TV advertising is dominated by a few product categories. We apply a model of the TV industry that encompasses both the product markets and the market for TV viewers to discuss who will advertise on TV. Under the assumption that viewers dislike advertising, entailing a contagion effect in advertising, we find that less profitable ...

Liquid Metal Printed Zinc Tin Composite Oxide Nanosheets: A Platform for Multifunctional Sensing at Room Temperature

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This work introduces a vacuum‐free liquid metal printing approach to create ultrathin zinc–tin composite oxide nanosheets. The material shows strong UV light responsiveness and high sensitivity to ammonia gas at room temperature, highlighting the potential of mixed metal oxides for advanced environmental sensors and optoelectronic device technologies ...

Femtosecond‐Laser Synthesized PtBi Nanoalloys for Efficient Methanol Oxidation in Hybrid Electrolysis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Platinum bismuth (PtBi) catalysts, synthesized ligand‐free via femtosecond laser ablation, excel in methanol oxidation reaction with 11.5 times higher mass activity than Pt/C. Bi enhances Pt's efficiency and durability, enabling stable seawater electrolysis for hydrogen production. This breakthrough advances sustainable energy solutions.
