Sequence Analysis to Phenotype Health Care Patterns in Adults With Musculoskeletal Conditions Using Primary Care Electronic Health Records

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective The aim of this study was to apply sequence analysis (SA) to phenotype health care patterns of adult patients with musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions using primary care electronic health records and to investigate the association between these health care patterns and patients’ self‐reported outcomes after consultation.

Analysis of the longitudinal behavior of serum levels of Soluble Flt‐1 and Placental Growth Factor in pregnant women with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, Accepted Article.
Objective This study analyzed longitudinal trajectories of soluble fms‐like tyrosine kinase‐1 (sFlt‐1) and placental growth factor (PlGF) and sFlt‐1/PlGF ratio in a cohort of pregnant patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods Blood samples were collected (14‐18, 24‐26, 30‐32, 34‐36 and 38‐40 weeks), stored at ‐80°C and evaluated for ...

Multifunctional Hydroxyapatite Coated with Gallium Liquid Metal‐Based Silver Nanoparticles for Infection Prevention and Bone Regeneration

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A multifunctional hydroxyapatite (HAp) coating integrated with silver‐gallium liquid metal nanoparticles (HAp‐Ag‐GaNPs) exhibits dual antibacterial and osteogenic properties. It effectively inhibits Gram‐positive and Gram‐negative bacteria, including resistant strains, while enhancing bone regeneration.
