Atomic Layer Deposition of Metallic Molybdenum Dioxide Thin Films Enabling High‐k Rutile Capacitors

The first direct atomic layer deposition (ALD) process of molybdenum dioxide (MoO2) thin films is reported using molybdenum(II) acetate dimer (Mo2(OAc)4) and oxygen (O2) as precursors at 235°C–275°C. The films are crystalline, exceptionally pure, and conductive.

Mimicking Human Perspiration: A Layered Microfluidic Skin Phantom With Tunable Hydrodynamics

A multilayer microfluidic skin phantom based on thermoplastic elastomers is developed to mimic human perspiration. Spatially controlled wettability enables capillary‐driven transport and controlled droplet formation at the surface, resembling sweat gland behavior.

Surface‐Ligand‐Dependent Excited‐State Dynamics in Aqueous CuInSe2/ZnS Quantum Dot–Chlorophyll Assemblies

CuInSe2/ZnS quantum dots are synthesized in water and coupled with chlorophyll to probe ligand‐controlled excited‐state interactions. Broad visible–NIR emission and high PLQY are observed. Fiber‐Endface‐Integrated PdSe2/2H‐MoTe2 Heterojunction Photodetector for Broadband Linear‐Polarization Detection

An all‐in‐fiber broadband polarization photodetector is demonstrated by integrating a PdSe2/2H‐MoTe2 van der Waals heterostructure onto a fiber endface. The device exhibits broadband response spanning 532 nm to 1630 nm, a fast response time of 59 µs, and a polarization ratio of 1.99. This work demonstrates a promising hardware strategy for polarization
