Aircraft aerodynamic coefficient estimation
1977 IEEE Conference on Decision and Control including the 16th Symposium on Adaptive Processes and A Special Symposium on Fuzzy Set Theory and Applications, 1977Advanced statistical and computational techniques have been applied to estimate aircraft aerodynamic coefficients from flight test data only during the last decade. This paper surveys the achievements during this period and discusses the state-of-the-art in aerodynamic coefficient estimation.

Whole angle approximations of aerodynamic coefficients
2012 2nd International Conference "Methods and Systems of Navigation and Motion Control" (MSNMC), 2012This paper addresses the whole angle approximations of aerodynamic coefficients. Several nonlinear approximations are proposed to describe lift, drag and side force coefficients in the range from 0 to 360 degrees based on accuracy and simplicity.
