CMOS‐Compatible HfOx‐Based Radiation Hardening Component for Neuromorphic Computing Applications
HfOx‐based resistive random‐access‐memory (TiN/Ti/HfOx/RuOx/TiN) is fabricated by CMOS‐compatible materials – ruthenium, with a maskless etching‐free process. After a 5‐Mrad total ionizing dose test, the results showed non‐degradation performance, memory window ≈ 40 with operation power < 2 mW, > 8k endurance cycles, and 15‐year retention, which can be

On the mean subtree order of trees under edge contraction
Abstract For a tree T $T$, the mean subtree order of T $T$ is the average order of a subtree of T $T$. In 1984, Jamison conjectured that the mean subtree order of T $T$ decreases by at least 1/3 after contracting an edge in T $T$. In this article we prove this conjecture in the special case that the contracted edge is a pendant edge.

A study of supply chain integration in the aeronautics sector
Competitive pressure, high development costs, long lead times, rapidly changing technologies and the risks inherent in projects combined with the delays seen in the latest aircraft models (with the rise in costs that these have entailed) highlight the ...

This work assesses the environmental impacts associated with the production of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) with two different architectures, mesoporous n‐i‐p and inverted p‐i‐n, using the life cycle assessment methodology. Results indicate that producing mesoporous n‐i‐p PSCs has higher environmental impacts than producing inverted p‐i‐n PSCs, due to

A non‐destructive analytical methodology, based on Raman microscopy (single point and imaging), micro‐energy dispersive X‐ray fluorescence (μED‐XRF) imaging analysis, and scanning electron microscopy coupled to energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM‐EDS), is suggested for a first analytical characterization for the Martian samples that will be taken to ...

Paradoxical aspects of the kinetic equations [PDF]
Two paradoxical aspects of the prevailing kinetic equations are presented. One is related to the usual understanding of distribution function and the other to the usual understanding of the phase space. With help of simple counterexamples and direct analyses, involved paradoxes manifest themselves.

Abstract Despite sustained global efforts to avoid, reduce, and reverse land degradation, estimates of land degradation nationally and regionally vary considerably. Land degradation reduces agricultural productivity, impacts the provision of vital ecosystem services, and disproportionately affects vulnerable populations. The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable
