Abstract Many US states have adopted Employment Non−Discrimination Acts (ENDAs) to ensure workplace equity and prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity. Ergonomics of 3D‐Exoscope Versus the Operating Microscope in Otologic Surgery
Microscope use in otologic surgery is associated with a high degree of ergonomic risk and musculoskeletal pain. A prospective comparative study was undertaken demonstrating a 3D‐exoscope has improved ergonomics compared to the operating microscope.
