Formulation and Process for Air Stable Zn‐Based Printed Flexible Electronics
Advanced Sustainable Systems, EarlyView.A sustainable, screen‐printable zinc‐based ink combining micro‐ and nanoparticles with micro‐fibrillated cellulose enables flexible electronics with exceptional air stability. A multi‐step chemical sintering process boosts conductivity to 8.37 × 10⁵ S m−¹ among the highest for Zn inks, while maintaining performance after six months.
