Zinc complexes have been prepared from dichalcogenoimidodiphosphinate ligands. Aerosol‐assisted chemical vapour deposition (AACVD) of these single‐source precursors deposit thin films of cubic zinc selenide at the different deposition temperatures and flow rates of the carrier gas.
